NeKu AI is an enterprise, sales-assisted product. Pricing is determined by the selected products, users and usage scope, SAP or other system integrations, cloud or on-premise deployment, security requirements and support model.

Integration scope
The SAP systems, enterprise data sources, authentication method and permitted actions shape the technical scope.

Managed cloud or on-premise deployment, network boundaries, data policies, access control and audit expectations are assessed together.

Together, we define the scope of your chosen solution, from a ready workflow to a custom multi-agent system. We then price the components and services that meet your needs.
03What should we share before the demo?＋
For the first conversation, sharing your use case, current systems and goals is sufficient. When a live-system connection or pilot is considered, we agree on its technical and security scope together.
04Are cloud and on-premise options available?＋
Yes. NeKu AI can be evaluated as a managed cloud service or an on-premise deployment. The appropriate model is selected with your data, network and security requirements.
05What is included in the quote?＋
The quote states the selected products, integration and adaptation scope, deployment model, rollout steps and support terms. A pilot or additional development is listed separately when required.
06Is a free trial available?＋
A separate free access programme covers the Digital SAP Consultant chat; its product page explains the work email requirement and 31 October 2026 end date. Trial or pilot scope for SAP connections, setup and other enterprise products is assessed separately.
